Welcome to MaTaiGo. You ("you" or "End User") refers to the end user of the MaTaiGo service, namely employees, customers, visitors, and other related personnel within an enterprise or organization. This service is provided by MaTaiGo ("the Company," "we," or "us"). We understand the importance of your personal information and are committed to protecting its security.
Please read and fully understand all terms of this policy, particularly the sections regarding how we handle information and your rights and responsibilities. By using this service through your enterprise/organization's authorization, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this policy. If you do not agree with any term of this policy, please do not use this service.
Important Notice:
- Nature of Service: This service is a technical platform providing internal management and employee communication for your enterprise/organization. We primarily provide technical connectivity and client software services.
- Data Ownership and Management:
- Organization Identifier: We only collect and store the "Organization Identifier" you select when connecting to this service (such as organization name, authorized domain, server IP address, or the unique ID provided by your enterprise/organization when accessing this service), used to correctly route you to your enterprise/organization's designated server.
- Your Personal Information and Business Data: Your personal communication content, business data, and personal information used for registration and login (such as phone number, email address, account password, etc.) generated during your use of this service are collected, stored, and processed by your enterprise/organization on its own privately deployed and managed servers. We do not collect, store, or process such information. Your enterprise/organization bears full responsibility for collecting, using, and protecting your personal information and business data.
- Client-side Local Storage: To facilitate quick login and service access, the client software may store the Organization Identifier and authentication tokens or encrypted credentials issued by your enterprise/organization's server on your local device. This information is stored only on your local device and is not uploaded to our servers.
- Your Usage: Your enterprise/organization is responsible for informing you of the relevant usage rules for this service (including the content of this privacy policy) and ensuring they obtain your necessary consent where applicable.
1. How We Collect and Use Information
In the course of providing our service, we primarily collect and use the following information directly related to service operation:
1.1 Organization Identifier: When you first use this service or need to connect to your enterprise/organization's server, you will need to select or provide an "Organization Identifier" (such as organization name, authorized domain, server IP address, or the unique ID provided by your enterprise/organization) used to uniquely identify and connect to your enterprise/organization's private server. We use this information to:
- Ensure you can correctly route and connect to your enterprise/organization's private server through the client software.
1.2 Service Operation and Maintenance Information: To maintain the secure and stable operation of this service, we may collect technical information related to the client software's operation, such as crash logs, performance data, and other technical diagnostic information that does not involve your personal identity or communication content. This information is used to identify and fix software issues and ensure normal service operation.
1.2.1 Safety and Moderation Information: When you report content or block a user, the responsible service may process the reporter account identifier, reported user identifier, content or message reference, selected reason, optional details, status, and timestamps. This information is used only to investigate safety concerns, enforce the Terms of Service, prevent abuse, and maintain an auditable moderation record.
1.3 Indirectly Obtained Information: We do not obtain your personal information indirectly from third parties. Your enterprise/organization's "Organization Identifier" is provided directly by the enterprise/organization.
1.4 Exceptions to Consent: In accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and national standards, we may collect and use certain information without your consent in the following circumstances:
- a. Directly related to national security or national defense;
- b. Directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
- c. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgments;
- d. Necessary for maintaining the secure and stable operation of this software service, such as detecting and resolving software malfunctions;
- e. Other circumstances as stipulated by laws and regulations.
2. How We Store Information
2.1 Storage Location: The "Organization Identifiers" we collect are stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Your personal information and business data are stored on your enterprise/organization's own servers, with the storage location determined by your enterprise/organization.
2.2 Retention Period:
- For "Organization Identifiers," we retain them only during the period your enterprise/organization uses this service and for such period as required by applicable laws and regulations. After the service contract between your enterprise/organization and the Company terminates, we will delete or anonymize the relevant "Organization Identifiers," unless otherwise required by law.
- The retention period for your personal information and business data is determined by and the responsibility of your enterprise/organization.
2.3 Data Security Measures: We adopt reasonable security measures consistent with industry standards (including but not limited to encrypted storage, access controls, and security audits) to protect the "Organization Identifiers" we store, preventing unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. Your enterprise/organization should independently implement necessary security measures for its private servers and the personal information and business data stored thereon.
3. Regarding Tracking Permissions
During your use of this service, if you are using an iOS device with version 14 or above, we may request access to your "Identifier for Advertisers" (IDFA) for limited anonymous data analysis.
We may use this information to:
- Analyze behavioral paths of users from different sources to optimize promotion strategies;
- Recommend more relevant products or content to you;
- Evaluate advertising effectiveness and avoid repetitive display;
- Prevent fraud and maintain system security.
This permission will be requested through the iOS system prompt. We will only use the relevant data after you grant authorization and will comply with Apple's privacy policy requirements.
If you decline authorization, we will not access your IDFA, and it will not affect your normal use of the core features of this service.
4. Your Rights
Your rights regarding your personal information (such as phone number and email provided during registration, as well as communication content and business data generated during service use) — including access, correction, deletion, changing the scope of authorization, and account cancellation — should be exercised through your enterprise/organization, as such information is collected, stored, and managed by them.
- Access and Correct Personal Information: You should contact your enterprise/organization's administrator and follow the organization's procedures.
- Delete Personal Information: You may request your enterprise/organization to delete your personal information in the following circumstances:
- a. Your enterprise/organization's processing of your personal information violates laws or regulations;
- b. Your enterprise/organization collected or used your personal information without obtaining your consent (unless exempt under applicable law);
- c. Your enterprise/organization's processing of your personal information breaches its agreement with you;
- d. You no longer use the services provided by your enterprise/organization or have cancelled your account;
- e. Your enterprise/organization no longer provides products or services to you.
- Change the Scope of Consent: You should contact your enterprise/organization's administrator to change the scope of your authorization for the organization to continue collecting your personal information or to withdraw your authorization.
- Account Cancellation: You should contact your enterprise/organization's administrator to cancel your account in this service. After account cancellation, your enterprise/organization will cease providing services to you and will delete your personal information in accordance with your request and the organization's policies, unless otherwise required by law.
Responding to Requests: Your requests should be responded to by your enterprise/organization. The Company cannot directly process your requests regarding personal information stored on your enterprise/organization's servers, as we do not store such information.
5. Protection of Minors
5.1 This service is primarily intended for enterprise/organization users, for use by their employees (end users).
5.2 If you are a minor, you should use this service under the guidance of a guardian.
5.3 If a guardian discovers that a minor under their guardianship has used this service without their consent and personal information issues are involved, the guardian should first contact the minor's enterprise/organization for resolution. If the enterprise/organization requires the Company's assistance during the process (e.g., confirming the Organization Identifier), the Company will provide support within reasonable limits.
6. Revisions and Notifications to This Privacy Policy
6.1 The Company reserves the right to revise the terms of this privacy policy from time to time in response to changes in laws and regulations, business development needs, or service agreement improvements.
6.2 Any revisions to this policy will be communicated to you through in-app announcements, website notices, or other appropriate means. The revised policy takes effect immediately upon publication.
6.3 If you continue to use this service after revisions to this policy, you are deemed to have accepted the revised policy. If you do not accept the revised policy, please stop using this service immediately.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1 The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
7.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties (the Company and you).
7.3 If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the competent people's court in the jurisdiction where the Company is located.
